For the Free package there may be a longer time as this is very popular.
Included in your low-cost R290 monthly fee is full maintenance and support for any technical issues. We also include 30 minutes of developer time for any website changes you would like to make every month.
The 'Free Website' and 'Pro Website' packages are the same. The difference is that the Free Website is only offered to companies that are on Local Pros or have applied to join and might be on the waiting list. Both packages have the same process and features, you will get a smart modern website for your business.
The 'Premium Custom Website' package is for businesses that need to spend more time on their website and need some extra functionality. For example, if you want to add blog posts and booking forms and can log in to your website and make changes.
On the 'Free and Pro' plans the website you cannot log in and make changes yourself. You can contact us and we can make changes for you. The reason for this is that different software is used on the Premium plan compared to the Pro and Free plans.

Welcome to our Website Design and Maintenance Services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Package:
- The "Pro Package" utilizes pre-designed templates. It is not a fully custom-designed solution but is tailored to meet the common needs of most businesses effectively and efficiently.
- Only on the 'Premium Package' can you login and make changes yourself.
Monthly Maintenance and Changes:
- Our monthly maintenance fee includes up to 30 minutes of website changes per month. This may include content updates, minor layout modifications, and bug fixes. Any additional changes requested will be billed at a rate of R890 per hour.
Revision Period:
- A revision period of 2 days is provided post-delivery of the website for any minor changes or corrections. Beyond this period, any further revisions will be subject to the additional hourly rate mentioned above.
Content and Images:
- We offer complimentary content writing and assistance with image selection to enhance your website. Should the provided content or images not meet your satisfaction, you are responsible for sourcing and providing any preferred alternatives.
Transfer and Tech Fee:
- If you decide to move your website to a different hosting service or management provider, a tech fee of R1800 will be charged. This fee covers the technical assistance required to facilitate the migration of your website.
Payment Terms:
- Payments for the monthly maintenance are due at the beginning of each month. Any additional fees incurred for extra hours or services will be billed separately and are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation:
- Services can be canceled at any time; however, please note that the upfront fee is non-refundable. The tech fee for transferring the website must be paid in full before any data transfer can occur.
Limitation of Liability:
- We shall not be liable for any claims related to the functionality or performance of the website due to third-party hosting services, external internet issues, or platform changes.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
